Payment conditions
The company uses DIBS AB's secure credit-card payments system for all credit-card transactions.
The company observes the Swedish Distance Sales Law and when a credit-card payment is made the purchase sum is earmarked at your card/bank account. We charge your card/account when the product has been delivered. Card information is not stored.
Delivery conditions
Normal delivery time is 10-15 work days from the day the order is made.
Products are delivered via letter or parcel post.

Transport
The supplier is responsible if products are damaged or disappear during transport from supplier to customer. The customer is responsible if products are damaged or disappear during transport from customer to supplier.
Claims and damages
If the wrong product is delivered to a customer, or if the product is damaged or in some other way unacceptable, the customer shall within 7 days make a claim on the supplier, clearly specifying the fault. Damaged/wrong products shall be returned carriage-free to the supplier in accordance with instructions provided by the supplier. "Carriage-free" means without cost to the customer. Products may not be returned via COD (collect on delivery). Products shall not be returned before a claim has been made. Regarding the supplier's responsibility for faults and/or delays, the regulations in the Swedish Purchase Act apply with the exception that the supplier is not responsible for indirect damage and that the supplier's liability for damages is limited to a total sum of SEK 5,000 per customer.
Product return and repayment rules
According to the Swedish Distance Purchase Act, you have the right to return ordered fault-free products without explanation. SAS AB shall be informed as soon as possible - via email per.larsson@sas.se -of product returns and by 14 days after product delivery, at the latest. Please provide the order number, your name and address and the name of the product to be returned.
Products shall be returned in accordance with instructions provided by SAS AB. They shall be unused, fault-free and in the original packaging. State "Returned in accordance with Right to Return." The customer pays return postage costs. Products may not be returned via COD (collect on delivery). After the product is completely returned according to our instructions the money is returned through SAS AB's secure credit-card payments system to the same Card that purchase was made with.
